The Hickinbotham Winery of Dromana was established in 1988. It is a family run business that began as one of the first vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula. The owner Andrew Hickinbotham is a 3rd generation winemaker who created the winery from recycled materials giving it a rich history and a rustic feel. The Hickinbotham of Dromana winery has expanded over the years to include a large restaurant and boutique brewery "HIX BEER" that has created a name for itself for its award winning beers. We offer amazing Beer and Wines brewed on site with very little preservatives (stopping those hangovers), great food, warm friendly staff and an amazing view of the bay.
